Facilities Director - Organizes, administers and leads a comprehensive program of maintenance services that provides and maintains the facilities, equipment and furnishings at the Park in an efficient, safe and economical manner. This position is a role model for the building staff and must interface and be responsive to the Park’s employees, horsemen and customers. Minimum of 7 years of experience in building maintenance management. F/T with benefits.

Maintenance Technician - Effectively handle maintenance requests and work orders, assess and repair issues including electrical, plumbing, A/C, HVAC, or general building maintenance areas. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar position. F/T w/benefits.

Suites Supervisor - Assists with set-up and execution of all suite and catered events. Also assists in the coordination of event details Supervisory skills a must. P/T Approx 28 hrs per week.

Racing Service Coordinator - Assist in the day to day duties for the Mutuels, Simulcast, Print Shop and Money Room departments. Must have 1-3 years experience in office environment, college degree preferred, Microsoft office, and excellent customer relations skills. This part time position includes evenings and weekends.

Food Service Manager - Responsible for all aspects of the day to day operations of concession stands and public bars. Also responsible for the ordering, warehousing and distributing of product. TABC Certified and a minimum of 5 years prior experience in similar food service environment preferred.

Servers - must be TABC certified.

** Mutuel Tellers Accept money to place bets and pay out winning tickets.  Heavy cash handling experience required.
